Pregnancy period is the best part that has to be enjoyed by each and every woman in the world. This is the pleasurable and enjoyable time in life of every woman. One of the important mineral to be taken is calcium. Level of calcium must be maintained since baby inside the mother’s womb needs adequate calcium to build and strengthen the bones and teeth. Quality foods, fruits, and vegetables should be chosen in order to maintain good health while pregnancy period. Preference should be given to foods that carry nutritive value rather than to taste.
Life has to be stress free to deliver a healthy baby. Negative thoughts and feeling of depression should be completely eradicated from mind as they may have a poor impact on the growth and development of the baby in the womb. Posture of sitting and sleeping positions which are incorrect may tend to increase the pain in hip and joints. Chemical intake and antibiotics should be completely avoided. Restriction on junk foods, sweets and chicken will be effective to maintain the level of sugar. Increase in the level of sugar will tend increase the weight of the baby thereby raising complications during labor. Sleepless nights may be experienced due to the waking of the baby. Breathing exercises will be very helpful to overcome this difficulty. Above all maternity period has to be simply adored and loved so that the health conditions of the baby inside the womb of the mother will prove to be stable.
