Take this list and keep adding your own questions to it. Then head to the library or get online and start your research.

Another good tip for you is to call your doctor’s office and ask if he might be available for an interview on the topic of balding. Many doctors accept such interviews. Simply create a nice list of questions before you go in to ask him. Conduct the interview as though you are writing an article on the topic. Get as much information as possible.

Another key to baldness prevention is to take a good hard look at your lifestyle. Are you living a healthy life? Or are you overweight? Do you eat junk food or fast food all the time? Do you take a daily multivitamin supplement?

An area that poses a risk to many people is stress, and yet many people discount the fact that stress can produce hair loss. However, much study has gone into this and the argument that stress can cause hair loss holds validity.

The most important thing about baldness prevention is to be proactive in your own life and with your own health. Nobody will take care of your problems. You must do it for yourself.
