This therapy mainly concentrates on the tow points i.e. what is good and what is bed for our life and what we should do or what can be done, how to avoid depression easily.
CBT is kind of monitor. This therapy monitors or guides you to choose that is good and forget about remained things. Once patients gown through the tests and procedures he or she can progress very well. There are different types of tests and procedures in the CBT. They are distinguished and used according to patients’ age, gender, psychology, social atmosphere, thinking power, like dislikes and many more things. Drawing, painting, writing, speaking, various games, watching movies, these are some common test are used in the CBT.
