Therefore a change in your daily diet is advisable, changing to a healthier way of eating while taking Hoodia is the most sensible course of action.

If you are thinking of taking Hoodia to lose weight then be sure that the product you are buying is 100% Hoodia as there are many cheaper imitations on the web which include a small amount of Hoodia along with other herbal appetite suppressants. Of course if you are using a product such as this then you cannot expect the results that expected with 100% Hoodia products.
