Good and bad times come hand in hand in our lives. We are happy when things go perfectly right. But when we loose our loved ones, the grief and pain we experience is horrible. We never dare to dream about that day. The very next response when your loved ones leave us is we show our anger at our God. Some will comfort out, but they still cannot come out of this gambling, watching movies or going out, but still they cannot come out of this depression.

Addiction and causes

Addiction is a dependence on a substance, such as the drugs, or a type of behavior, such as gambling. The dependence is so strong that it may seem as if the person is unable to break away from dependence. Addiction is a very complex behavior. Humans have been trying to understand its causes for many years. At one time, moral weakness was accepted as the primary reason for addiction. Although still believed by some members of the general public, this theory is no longer accepted by professionals.

Meditation

Isn’t there any way by which we can overcome our grief? Yes, there are many and one of them is meditating. Meditation is considering a subject in mind through serious reflexion and contemplation. It may be healing, leading to goodness and health. But meditation on negatives can be harmful. Healing meditation fosters peace and reduces stress by putting all aspects of life into their places and reducing negative thinking harms the person. Meditation improves mental abilities, heightened creativity and problem solving skills, thus useful to overcome gambling addictions. It leads to reduction in stress and anxiety. It increases motivation and confidence power. It also helps in addition to your happiness and flow in your life. Meditation has proved to be a great way for overcoming the addictions as it gives peace to your mind and helps you to control your mind and not the other way round. Thus, mediation helps. This theory is very beneficial.
