Gambling can include buying instant lottery tickets, playing the on-line or video lottery games, playing cards, dice, or dominoes, playing in casinos, playing slot machines, betting on sporting events, betting on the horses or playground, betting on game skills.

One of the biggest problems related to gambling and other compulsive and addictive behaviors is that the person with the problem tends to be the last one set to see it. There are several card games on the gambling sites and at casinos, where you can play to win. There are many card games like black jack, poker, etc. Being away from gambling is better option. Opt for simple card games than gambling in various forms. Gambling, not considered as a good behaviour of human being. Gambling not to be considered as good behaviour. If the person agrees that he has a problem, then you could help him by doing the following things.

* Help the person make contact with recovering gamblers and organizations like the counseling and Mental Health Centre and Gamblers Anonymous

* Encourage activities that are not related to gambling, and curb your own gambling behaviors

* Educate yourself about problem and compulsive gambling

Gambling can cause strain in relationships, psychological stress, physical symptoms of stress or a lack of attention to ones health, problems with one’s job and other responsibilities, and, of course financial difficulty. Usually, people having trouble controlling their gambling need help recovering from addiction. You can assist in this process by researching and suggesting some resources for support and treatment.
