Fatty and junk foods should be avoided totally as there will be an increase the weight.

Maternal mothers should be very cautious when they are in travel and doing regular activities. Strenuous exercise will cause strain to the muscle and nerves that might induce labor pain before the expected date. Tension free and relaxed way of life is highly recommended. Mild exercise with regular morning walk is very effective.

Premature infants face cardiac problems and varieties of disorders have the ability to hamper the development of the child. Anxiety and depression has major effect on the health of the pregnant women. These tend to cause negative effects on the growth of the fetus.

Clothing should be comfortable and convenient so that there free circulation of air and blood supply. Above all pregnancy has to be loved and extra care will pave the way for completion of successful pregnancy and labor.
